Who it’s for

  • You have read the Back Pain Report and want the sequence
  • Your back keeps flaring and settling and flaring again
  • You want a plan you can run at home, in your own week
  • You are not in acute distress and have no red-flag symptoms
  • You would rather build capacity than keep chasing relief

What you’ll learn

  • Why load, not damage, explains most recurring back pain
  • The daily walk as a baseline rather than as exercise
  • Five movement patterns and how to progress each one honestly
  • How to break up sitting without rearranging your life
  • What to keep doing through a flare, and what to stop
  • When a symptom means a clinician instead of a progression

    Read the Back Pain Report

  2. 02

    Take the member Self-Check

  3. 03

The curriculum

One module a week.

Week 1

Establish the floor

  • Set the daily walk at a number you will repeat
  • Learn the five patterns without load
  • Record two things a day and nothing else

Week 2

Make it repeatable

  • Hold the walk, add the third strength day
  • Break up long sitting on a half-hour rhythm
  • Stop each set well before failure

Week 3

Add load

  • First real progression on the hinge and the carry
  • What good soreness is and what it is not
  • Keeping the floor in place on a bad day

Week 4

Widen the range

  • More positions across the week, not more volume
  • Loaded carries and longer walks
  • Review four weeks of your own record

Week 5

Handle a flare

  • What to keep when something aggravates
  • Reducing without stopping
  • The difference between a setback and a signal

Week 6

Make it yours

  • Turn six weeks into a standing weekly pattern
  • Decide what carries forward
  • Where individual care fits, if you want it

What’s included

Twelve months of access from the day you enroll

This is the sequence he gives a patient who does not need hands-on care yet, the floor that survives a bad week, built out over six weeks instead of handed over all at once.

Questions

How is this different from the Back Pain Report?
The report is free and explains what is going on. The protocol is the six-week sequence built on it, the weekly progression, the record, and the flare guidance.
Is this treatment?
No. It is education and a structured practice. Individual care happens in a virtual consult, which is a separate service delivered by MOOV. Health.
Do I need equipment?
No. Bodyweight and somewhere to walk is enough for the whole six weeks.
What if I flare?
Week five is entirely about that, and the guidance appears earlier too. If a symptom is on the red-flag list, the protocol tells you to stop and get seen.
Is this included with AMP’D membership?
No. The protocol is standalone. AMP’D Lifestyle is a separate ongoing membership.

The Back Pain Protocol is an educational movement program. It does not examine you, diagnose you, or replace individual care. If you have severe or worsening pain, numbness or weakness travelling below the knee, a recent injury or surgery, or any change in bladder or bowel control, stop and see a clinician today.
